Q: What is your delivery area?

A: We deliver within a 6-mile radius of our store.  To see if your address falls within our delivery area, and to see delivery terms, click here.

 

Q: If I place an online order, does this go on my account to earn loyalty points and progress on my frequent buyer card?

A: As long as your online order is placed using the same email address that's associated with your in-store shopping account, YES it will!  If you're unsure which email address that is, it's likely the one at which you receive our monthly newsletter.  Still unsure?  Just shoot us an email at info@paddywack.net and we'll happily check and let you know.  Please note, if you check out as a guest you will NOT earn loyalty rewards.

 

Q. I've never placed an online order, but when I enter my email address your site is asking for my password.  What should I do?

A. This likely means that you've shopped in-store using an account associated with this email address.  On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot Password?".  A link will be sent to you via email which you can use to establish a password for your account.

 

Q. How do I view the status of my loyalty rewards?

A. Once logged in, click the dropdown menu at the upper-right corner of the screen ("Hello, xxx") and select "Rewards & Credits" to view your progress toward your next Paddywack loyalty reward.  From that same dropdown menu you can also select "Frequent Buyer Cards" to view your progress toward your next frequent buyer free product or to view your previously redeemed free product rewards.
